Reiki Master/Teacher & Foot Zoner. I've been dedicated to my healing for over 10 years. Throughout that time I've tried any healing modality that intrigued me. Some I clung to others I knew weren't for me. In 2018 I started receiving foot zones and knew I had to learn how to zone immediately.  Following my completion of my foot zone certification I was called to certify in reiki. I've shared my story throughout the years as I know if I can heal you can too. Over the years I've healed my body from autoimmune diseases and C-PTSD. I know the lessons I've learned need to be shared and that's why I choose to share them with you.
