Beginning with a heart opening cacao ceremony. Cacao (similar to hot coco) is a plant medicine (non psychedelic) that opens the heart and meets you where you’re at.  Then gently moving through a heart opening yoga flow. Wearing comfortable clothing that you can move well in.  Followed by holotropic breathwork practice. You will be guided on a journey of self love through the breath. Through the breath your body will move emotions that have been stored in your subconscious mind. Allowing you to breathe through the emotion and release those energies that are no longer serving your highest purpose. Connecting to your heart and allowing space for an increase of self love and acceptance. Finishing the evening with an energy balancing sound bath. You…
